Can you get hurt indoor skydiving?
No. Indoor skydiving, as we’ve mentioned, is a sport. That said: Your likelihood of getting injured as a new flyer is super-minimal. As your skills evolve over time, they become about the same as tripping on a long hike, getting spit off the back end of a treadmill or catching an elbow on the basketball court.
What should you wear to indoor skydiving?
Please wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers, or running shoes. Other shoes are not suitable. Wear casual clothes, preferably pants and a shirt without a collar. You won’t have to change out of these clothes—you’ll put your flight suit on over your street clothes.

Is indoor skydiving cheaper?
Right? Flying in the wind tunnel is cheaper because the variables are significantly more controlled– there’s no parachute or airplane to factor in. It’s also a very different experience, naturellement, but there are loads of parallels between the two.

What do you wear to IFLY?
Wear casual, comfortable clothes – anything you’d wear on a normal day. No need to change once you get here — you’ll put on your flight suit on top of what you wear to the tunnel. Pants: Wear jeans or pants, just make sure they are not tight or restrictive. Shorts: Same as pants, make sure they’re comfortable.
How high do you go in IFLY?
Normally the instructor fly’s the student in a rising and falling pattern while turning. The high flight normally rises at the highest point somewhere between 10-20 feet above the net within the flight chamber.
How long is a typical skydive?
Generally speaking, you can expect a skydive to take 2 – 4 hours from start to finish, beginning when you arrive at a dropzone. The truth is, the answers to these big questions aren’t always the same. There are a few factors that’ll influence how long your skydive will last.
