Is Wekiva Springs kayaking open?
The park is open 8 a.m. until sundown, 365 days a year. For campers who plan to arrive after sunset, please call the park on the day of arrival at 407-553-4383 to get the gate combination and instructions.

Yes! Everyone does. They don’t allow alcoholic beverages although beer and wine flow freely from coolers.
Are there alligators in Florida Springs?
In Florida there is a chance for an alligator in any body of water. The more popular and crowded springs ( Ginnie) have fewer or none than the lesser visited springs (Peacock) but there still may be a gator around even with crowds (Alexander).
